What Happens When You Reach Out
Most people get in touch before they are ready to apply, and that is exactly how it should work. Here is what to expect.
You reach Cindy, not a call centre
Every call, email and application goes to her directly. There is no intake team and no script. If she is with another carrier when you ring, she calls back — usually the same day.
Nothing is shared until you say so
Your details do not go to a single agency until you have seen who they are and agreed. You are never entered into a database you did not choose to be in.
It costs you nothing
There is no fee to apply, to speak with Cindy, or to be matched. Agencies pay a referral fee when a match is made. If anyone asks a surrogate for money up front, that is a reason to walk away.
Ask the awkward questions
How much you would actually be paid, what happens if a transfer fails, what your contract can and cannot require of you. Those are the useful questions, and they are the ones worth asking before you apply rather than after.
