Hi, I’m Cindy. I’ve spent close to ten years as a Surrogate Match Specialist, and in that time I’ve walked hundreds of women and intended parents through what is usually the biggest thing that has ever happened to them. But surrogacy isn’t just my career. It’s personal.
I’ve been a gestational carrier twice. Two families got the babies they had been praying for — and I got something I didn’t expect. We still talk. We still send photos. I still get the milestone updates. Surrogacy doesn’t only build families; it builds the kind of friendships that last.
I wanted to create a place where women feel seen, heard, and genuinely cared for from the very first conversation.
I started SheCarries Partners because I kept meeting women who were exhausted before they had even begun — lost in endless online searches, unsure which agency to trust, retelling their most personal story to one stranger after another.
So I do that part for you. I handle the research, the screening, and the introductions. I take the time to understand what you actually want out of this before I connect you with an agency I genuinely believe is the right fit. The agencies I work with trust me because I don’t send them anyone I wouldn’t vouch for myself.
And if you’re an intended parent — I’m not an agency, but I will be beside you the whole way. Understanding the process and what to expect, building your birth and hospital plan, advocating for what you need, and supporting you through delivery and the trip home. However you came to surrogacy, I’ll treat your journey with the same care I’d want for my own family.

Most women apply to agencies one at a time and lose months to it. We exist to collapse that into a single step.
What we do
We recruit and screen gestational carriers, then match them with agencies in our network that fit their situation. One application instead of eight.
What we are not
I’m not an agency, and I don’t write your contract. That distance is the whole point — I’ve got no stake in which agency you sign with.
How we are paid
Agencies pay me when a match is made. You are never charged a thing — not to apply, not to talk to me, not to be matched.
Why Which Agency You Pick Matters
Agencies are not interchangeable
Pay schedules, bonus structures, how many transfer attempts are covered, and how they behave in month nine all differ. Comparing them from the outside is nearly impossible.
We watch them over full journeys
Because carriers go through us, we see how each agency actually performs after the paperwork is signed, not just how they present themselves.
You keep someone outside the deal
After you match, I’m still here. Having someone to ask who isn’t on the agency’s payroll changes what you’re willing to ask.
