What we are not
We are not an agency and we do not write your contract. That distance is the point — we have no stake in which agency you sign with.
How we are paid
Agencies pay us when a match is made. You are never charged a fee to apply, to talk to us, or to be matched.
Why Which Agency You Pick Matters
Agencies are not interchangeable
Pay schedules, bonus structures, how many transfer attempts are covered, and how they behave in month nine all differ. Comparing them from the outside is nearly impossible.
We watch them over full journeys
Because carriers go through us, we see how each agency actually performs after the paperwork is signed, not just how they present themselves.
You keep someone outside the deal
After you match, Cindy stays reachable. Having someone to ask who is not on the agency payroll changes what you are willing to ask.
